Whether you are experiencing difficulty with big life transitions, increased stress, anxiety, relationship issues, grief or trauma, there is help available. I believe that the relationship between a counselor and client is the catalyst for change and healing — so it’s very important to find the right fit for you and your family.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s Degree from Colorado Christian University, and have spent the majority of my counseling experience working with children, teens, and families. I enjoy using expressive therapies (such as art, play, and dance/movement therapy) with clients of all ages. I have also found baking to be a form of therapy — for both myself and clients! Creativity and play connect people, and are great ways to build rapport early in the counseling relationship.
