Welcome! Choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision. I believe that the success of treatment relies heavily on the client/therapist relationship. Feel free to call me to see if I am the right fit for you or your family.
I have a Doctoral Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology both from the University of Colorado... Go Buffs! I'm also a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor by the state of Colorado and I've been in private practice in Parker for the last 15 years. I am also licensed as a School Psychologist by the Colorado Department of Education.
For the last 20 years I've worked with children, adults and families in a variety of settings including: schools, youth corrections, residential facilities, health and human services, and private practice. I specialize working with families adjusting to divorce (Check out my book on Amazon), childhood disorders such as Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and adult mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, and addictions.
I am also trained in Love and Logic Parenting. When I'm not working I enjoy hanging out with my husband and three kids, hiking, watching sports, and playing with our labs, Messi and Marta...named after the best male and female soccer players in the world. :)
