Welcome to Canyon Pines Counseling! My goal as a mental health therapist is to support people of all ages in answering the question "what if things could be better?".

I work with kids and adults to help understand emotions, discover purpose, and feel heard as someone struggling in the constantly changing world we are all navigating. I believe a key to healing is to learn skills and coping to help in the immediate, and then taking a dive into the core of what is impacting you. Through the therapeutic journey you will never be alone as we work together to help you align your values with your day to life.  In addition to being a listening ear, I hope to support clients with identifying and accomplishing therapeutic goals, improving mental wellbeing, and finding balance in their lives.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado. I received a dual licensure in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While conducting practicum at CU Denver’s counseling center, she had clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a former high school counselor, I am also equipped to support clients with academic, social, emotional, and post-secondary needs. I have been working with clients in a virtual clinical setting since 2019 and earned my Licensed Professional Counselor credential in 2022.
